Cockington Green is an attraction suited to all ages with the theme being a model village surrounded by carefully manicured gardens. We are located just a short 30 minute picturesque drive through the country side from the centre of Canberra. Plan on having at least an hour and a half for a quick tour, or better yet, several hours to take in all of the features of the park. There is a small scale ride-on train that travels a complete circuit of the park every 40 minutes. This wonderful ride takes 30 minutes for a circumnavigation of the very unique park.
When you are done touring, do join us in the cafe for our famous Devonshire tea. Our scones are a joy to consume with a topping of real strawberry jam smothered in rich whipped cream. The cafe is blessed with an accomplished chef who will conjure up the most delightful meal you have ever had.
